Nov 20, 2017 · Replaced fuse but every time switch on boiler it blows again immediately. Struggled to get a pro to look at it but one did and traced it to motor on the burner. When the burner was disconnected from the control box could switch on boiler, control panel light up etc. and fuse doesn't blow.

Otherwise, it's prudent to keep it at or above 130-degress for the most part (there are some exceptions). Radiators will still continue to heat when the supply temp is lower and is more efficient as long as the house remains comfortable.
